Cut the lumber to size using the provided materials list, then cut and shape the pieces using the full size (3' x 4') blueprint style, traceable patterns. The rockers are calibrated curves to give maximum action and are re-curved at the ends for safety against tipping. Overall finished dimensions: 52-1/4" long, 12" wide, by 28-1/2" high. Instructions are limited due to the intuitive nature of the rocking horse -- shop notes are provided, however, along with a full materials list, exploded assembly diagrams, and full size patterns.
