With this comes increased sensitivity, which leads to increased focus and attention, less need for constant distraction/external stimuli, and a better appreciation for life’s simple pleasures.This program approaches dopamine detox in a manageable way. It has been designed for the most amount of people to have the most amount of success possible. It is intentionally scaled back and it takes place over 90 days to allow the process of neuroadaptation to take place.This program is designed to slowly reduce our tolerance to dopamine highs, by reducing our consumption of overstimulating and desensitizing things, while simultaneously rebuilding the focus and attention we lost chasing dopamine highs.It's easy to design a dopamine detox program that just tells us what they can't do. The point of THIS detox program was to achieve detox in a way that doesn't radically infringe on our lives.
