Named after the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest, Talus® was originally developed by crossing a neomexicanus strain with open pollination from a Pacific NW hop—resulting in a gorgeous new hop brand that's as stunning as the landscape from which hails. A daughter of Sabro®, this aroma hop is a great for any hop-forward styles including Pale Ale, IPA, Hazys, or Hoppy Lagers and IPLs.

Dominant Flavors:

• Pink Grapefruit: This is often the most prominent flavor, providing a zesty and refreshing citrus note.
• Citrus Rinds: Adds to the citrus character with a slightly more bitter and aromatic edge.
• Rose Petals: Contributes a delicate floral aroma and flavor, adding complexity.
