The use of quarter casks dramatically increases the interaction between spirit and wood, intensifying the influence of the Oloroso sherry maturation. Strathmill’s naturally soft and fruity spirit develops layers of dried fruits, dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and warming spice while retaining its elegant Speyside character.
