Application

1. Connect the app: Download the Me-Care app from the App Store or Google Play and pair the watch via Bluetooth with your smartphone.
2. Let it measure: Wear the watch on your wrist – fitness, activity, and wellness data are displayed during use in the app and stored in the app.
3. Export results: Open the app, select the desired time period, and comfortably manage and export the measurement data including PPG and activity data in the app for personal documentation.
