They do three jobs at once. Smooth, deep-draft walls hold an ideal microclimate so dough relaxes and rises evenly; precision-molded edges stack tight and stable, so boxes never crush the dough below and drop straight onto standard dough-box speed racks. When service starts, roll a full stack from the walk-in to the line on the matching 800 lb dolly.

Because they're molded from break-resistant polypropylene, every box is freezer, microwave, and dishwasher safe and rated from −40°F to 160°F — the same box can proof, retard, freeze, and reheat.
