Old Carter Bourbon Whiskey Batch #16 — the sixteenth numbered release in Old Carter's flagship straight bourbon program from Mark and Sherri Carter, the founders of Kentucky Owl. Non-chill filtered, bottled at natural barrel strength, with Sherri hand-labeling each bottle in Old Carter's signature format.
Each Old Carter bourbon batch is a unique small batch blend, sourced from select Kentucky distilleries and assembled when the Carters determine the blend has reached the right character and balance — not on a calendar-driven release schedule. Batch #16 continues the numbered sequence that has made Old Carter one of the most tracked small batch programs in American whiskey.
