Montana Craft Malt’s Munich Light Malt is a European-style Munich malt known for its rich aroma and deep malt character. With notes of light caramel, honey, and fresh-baked bread, this malt brings a warm, toasty sweetness to a variety of beer styles.

Its dark gold hue enhances the color of lagers and ales, while its full-bodied maltiness adds depth and complexity. Munich Light Malt is ideal for dark lagers, Märzens, Bocks, and German-style festival beers. It can also be used in lower percentages to add malt richness to pale ales and IPAs.
