Gear Aid - SeamGrip + TF Tent Fabric Sealant

That sticky, flaking coating on the inside of your rain fly or tent floor is not the end of the tent. It is delaminating polyurethane coating, and Gear Aid SeamGrip TF is exactly what you need to restore it. Previously sold as Tent Sure, this water-based urethane sealant brings degraded PU coatings back to functional condition without the mess of older application methods.

The built-in foam applicator brush makes the job straightforward. Brush it evenly over the affected fabric, let it cure for four hours, and you have a refreshed waterproof barrier that flexes with the material and holds up across a wide temperature range. One 4 fl oz bottle covers up to 85 square feet, which is more than enough to treat a full tent floor and rain fly in a single session. The non-toxic, water-based formula is safe on nylon, canvas, vinyl, and polyester, so it works across a range of tent and tarp constructions.

For Canadian campers squeezing more seasons out of a well-loved shelter, this is a much smarter call than replacing gear that is otherwise still structurally sound. Gear Aid's whole approach is built around the idea that repairing is better than replacing, and SeamGrip TF delivers on that in a practical, easy-to-use package.
