The natural emery abrasive, closed coat design and flexible cloth backing make it easy to scour and polish non-rated metals. A versatile choice for industrial or home applications, these sheets are compatible with sanding blocks or sanding boards and can also be used for hand sanding. From the Manufacturer Gator Grit 25 Count 9" x 11''150 Grit Fine Emery Cloth. The 150 grit fine emery cloth is designed to sand and finish steel, copper piping, brass, iron, aluminum and stainless steel. The crocus cloth can be used on either a hand or machine sander. If using an orbital sander, the crocus cloth can be cut into a 1/2 sheet, 1/3 sheet, or 1/4 sheet to fit the sander.
