E308LFC-O is the self-shielding tubular version of solid ER308L stainless steel welding wire. The benefit of using this product is that it does not require external shielding gas. This product has advantages of very little spatter, easy slag removals, uniform composition and beautiful shape etc. This wire can be used for spot welding of thin plates below 1mm. Using this welding wire is more efficient than using traditional welding electrode as continuous welding could apply to this welding wire, and therefore increases the productivity and reduces total electricity consumption. The product may be used for outdoor, high-altitude, and other operating environments. All positions and angles of welding can apply to this product. This product is suitable for welding with 350 and 500 general welding equipment, and other small welding machines. It is also suitable for the use of self-protected special welding machines with full output power of 250 and 200. Eliminates separate wire liners and gas cylinders when operating, which is much more convenient for users to get started.
