A large robust press for use with soft fleshy fruit, great for making gallons of juice for fermenting into wine.
Ideally, this press should be screwed to a wooden support or table. Not only with this lift it up so that you can catch the juices in a jug or bucket, but will also give you extra purchase when you need to give the plunger that extra bit of pressure to squeeze out the last few drops.
Made in Italy, using high grade aluminium and stainless steel, you can be sure that it will give you many years of service.
It is not recommended for use with hard fleshed fruits like apples or quinces.
