Our meat sauce is made the traditional Italian way using both beef and pork sausage. This entree includes a hearty tomato base with zesty spices and blended with onions, garlic, carrots, beef broth, and peppers. Actual red wine is added to accentuate the balance of flavors and maximize the complex notes of our authentic Italian sauce.
