- Install Method :1.First fix the hook and the stainless steel drawstring to the 2 metal brackets and the metal plate 2.Stick the drilling template to the suitable position of the tailgate.Mark the 4 drill spots with an automatic center purch of use a nail and a hammmer to drill 4 small holes that make the drilling easier 3.Drill 4 holes on the marked spots with a 11/32 drill bit.The diameter of the hole should be around 0.347 4.After all the holes drilled,with a rivet tools,then install the metal bracket 5.Finally install the shelf,first fix the bottom screw.then fix the other end of the wire rope on the bracket,the installation is complete
