Challenge Powerlift II Stack Lifter

The PowerLift II stack lifter is designed to save time and help reduce the back strain associated with bending to lift stock from or return stock to a pallet. When positioned near standard-height cutters, it lifts up to 2500 pounds to the cutter table height. In "auto up" mode, an infrared sensor signals the PowerLift II to raise the pile as stock is removed. In "auto down" mode, the sensor signals the PowerLift II to lower the pile as cut stock is added. A simple turn of the thumbscrew permits easy height adjustment of the sensor. For convenience, the sensor arm can be mounted easily on either the left or right side of the PowerLift II. A swivel-mounted arm provides easy access to the controls. The PowerLift II features solid construction and requires minimal maintenance. A welded steel frame, large hydraulic cylinder, and heavy-duty components help ensure long life. Hydraulics offer low-maintenance, trouble free power.
