Assassin Snail

Assassin Snail, that sounds a bit harsh doesn't it? Well not if you're interested in help eradicating pest snails from your aquarium cause....... well...... that's what these snails do.

It's not uncommon to hear stories about pest snails finding their way into an aquarium whether it be from plants or natural decor, it happens. The #1 question is "How do you get rid of them".

Well there's really 2 answers. 1 is to pick them out by hand which is annoying and no matter how often you get them out more pop up due to them being prolific reproducers. The second answer is to add something to the tank whose sole purpose is to hunt down and eliminate them..... ladies and gentlemen, I give you Assassin Snails.

Not only are these beautiful snails but they help keep your aquarium tidy and help keep algae under control. They're  natures gift to fish keepers.
