Crafted by winemaker Leon Esterhuizen, this Pinotage is a cross between Pinot Noir and Cinsault. Hand-harvested from vines grown in shale and quartz soils, the grapes develop intense flavors due to the harsh growing conditions, with roots that dig deep into the earth. The result is a complex, full-bodied wine that bursts with juicy plum, blackcurrant, and cherry flavors, all balanced by a smoky spice that lingers on the palate.
