Once this wine has gone through the entirety of the vinification process, the product is stored underground in tanks at a constant low temperature before bottling. Arbos Pinot Grigio pairs well with a wide array of lighter cuisine, especially fish, shellfish, poultry, pasta in cream sauce, and softer cheeses.
